Micro Bulk-Cryogenic Systems
Micro Bulk is a reliable, cost effective alternative to some high pressure and liquid cylinder applications where volumes are less than those required for traditional bulk systems.

Typical Micro Bulk applications include:

  • Laser Cutting that requires up to 450 PSI delivery
  • Welding fabricating that requires an Argon gas mix
  • Oxy-fuel cutting
  • Research and laboratory environments
  • Alternatives to traditional bulk where space is a concern
  • Other Argon, Oxygen, and Nitrogen applications where minimum volume criteria are met.

Weldstar can help protect your laser investment and assure top productivity by choosing the best possible gas system. Weldstar’s laser gas experts analyze the best solution for the customer both now and in the near future; thereby staging the gas packaging plan over the ramp-up curve. All laser gases are mixed in Weldstar’s state of the art specialty gas laboratory located in Aurora, Illinois.

Each mixture is batch tested and recorded for trace ability. Individual certificates of analysis are available upon customer request. Once the “gas is flowing” our laser staff can recommend the correct laser consumables for your machine.
