Technical Representatives
In the field and at our customer service desk, Weldstar employees are continually trained on new products and processes in order to introduce new ideas and improve productivity. With an average tenure of 19 years, our technical representative's experience, combined with training, helps Weldstar provide solutions that increase your bottom line.
Among our technical staff, Weldstar also has an Abrasive Selection Specialist, Certified Weld Inspectors, an Accredited Weld Engineer, and Cryogenic Technician.
Proactive Customer Service
Weldstar's customer service department works to create a system to best fit your needs. Weldstar works with our customers to streamline orders and deliveries by helping to analyze product usage and tailor an order form to your weekly needs, complete with part numbers and package quantities. Consolidating deliveries reduces your order time, invoices, unloading time, and many other transactional costs. With weekly reminder calls and on-time deliveries, Weldstar works to ensure an easy ordering process and consistent inventory.
Customer Training and Product Demonstrations
Weldstar offers a variety of training programs for our customers. Each program is individually tailored for the needs and requirements of the audience. Depth of coverage, area of concentration, and the number of people to be trained is taken into consideration when determining the length of training. Programs can run as short as thirty minutes and as long as several days. Together, Weldstar and the customer tailor a program that best addresses those expectations.

Repair and Rental Services
Weldstar helps you to reduce downtime and maximize productivity with our Repair and Rental Services. Repairs include: All makes and models of welding equipment, torches, gas cutting apparatus, flow meters, regulators, track burners, and steel industry products. We also have a large rental fleet to handle down equipment while lengthier repairs are being completed.
