Weldstar/Depke will accept most items* for return within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier or signed picking ticket).
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged in order to be eligible for a refund.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returns will include the cost of the item plus any taxes paid.
Shipping or truck delivery charges are not refunded.
What is your return process?
To begin the return process, please contact us at email@example.com to confirm return eligibility and to receive further instructions. Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will be issued an RMA # and you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return. If an item is not returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from refund amount. If you are set up with an account with us, your technical representative may also reach out for more information or for additional instructions.
What is your policy for returning machines?
Weldstar does not accept machine returns. If a machine is not working as you expected, please reach out to the manufacturer for service. If you have an account with us and have been assigned a technical representative, your technical representative will likely be in contact with you as well about the process and to help you through the steps.
