The Scotch-Brite Production Hand Pad 8447 is designed with precision web and aluminum oxide mineral to offer our most uniform finish. It's an excellent choice for projects that require pre-paint scuffing, finishing, contour finishing, blending and cleaning. This Hand Pad provides an aggressive cut and a clean finish, but unlike steel wool, it works without the rusting or splintering.
