The Weldmark® by Victor® Propane/Natural Gas Harris style 6290VVCU series Oxy-Fuel Size 2 Cutting Tip has a 4 inch cutting capacity. This high speed Harris 6290VVCU series tip is two pieces with a spline insert. It is ideal for machine torch cutting. It is capable of cutting 7-9 inches per minute, with an average kerf width of 0.12 inches. It's designed for use with Natural Gas and Propane. The max oxygen cutting pressure is 100. Oxy-Fuel cutting is a thermal cutting process utilizing oxygen and fuel gases to cut through metals such as mild steel. In this process, the torch heats the steel to its ignition temperature, after which oxygen is directed to the cutting point, burning it into a molten metal. A stream of gas blows the molten metal away from the work area, resulting in a clean cut.
