I have been working with the people at the Weldstar company for over twenty years, and I have always been extremely satisfied with their performance and support. So, when it was time to move our manufacturing facility earlier this year, I contacted Weldstar to move our welding gas piping system from our existing facility to our new facility.

We needed to have a complete strategy with a timeline for moving our welding gas system from our existing facility and setting it up at our new facility without disrupting production. The team at Weldstar came in and went over the entire process of exactly how they would accomplish this. First, they proposed a plan for setting up a temporary welding gas system at our existing facility that included all the necessary components to achieve this. Second, they proposed a plan for moving and installing our argon gas vessel and welding gas mixer system at our new facility. Third, they proposed a plan to install the welding gas piping at our new facility. Working with the team at Weldstar, we were able to work out a timeline for everything that needed to be done that eliminated any disruption to our production. They came out and went over everything in fine detail before starting the job.

The team at Weldstar came in and got everything done per the proposed timeline just as they said they would. Weldstar did a phenomenal job coordinating the entire job with our production facility move. They were constantly in touch with me during every step of the move and installation process to make sure that everything was going along as expected. They were also very accommodating in handling some last‐minute changes installing the gas piping system at our new facility. The entire job was completed on time and with no “surprises”. The gas piping installation at our new facility looks very professional. We consider it to be a “showpiece” at our new facility and one that we are very proud of. Everything from the vessel and telemetry system connections to the individual welding station drops were professionally done with a level of craftsmanship that is second to none. You can see that the entire job was done with real attention to detail.

When the job was completed, everything was done and done right. There was not one issue that required Weldstar to come back and take care of. For the size and scope of our job, that speaks for itself.

I would highly recommend the team at Weldstar to anyone needing any type of gas piping installation, repair or modification. Every member of the team at Weldstar that was involved in our job handled themselves in a completely professional and courteous manner. Everyone from the gas systems manager to the cryogenic engineer to the sales staff to the truck drivers conducted themselves with a level of professionalism that I rarely see in this day and age. Everyone was very helpful and eager to help in any way that was needed. I would say that their slogan of “old values…new ideas” is an accurate way to put it. These guys do what they say and say what they do.
